Continuing a family tradition in the Real Estate Industry, Rose Lancelotta continues on the mission of providing prompt, professional service to home buyers and sellers.

Specializing in Residential Real Estate, Rose is in her 33rd year in the Real Estate profession receiving numerous awards for productivity and most importantly countless awards for customer service.

Rose a Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, started with her brother’s company in 1984 and worked her way from a General Sales Agent up to Sales Manager of all residential sales with as many as 38 licensed agents and a support staff of 6 reporting to her.  When that company redirected its focus to commercial development only in 1998, Rose went to The Caton Realty Company, the very company her father, Jerry Lancelotta, along with his brothers, Victor and Frank, formed almost 70 years ago (a little before the Internet and the “Information Age”, but with the same focus on service). The name "Caton Realty Company" was synonymous with the words "Real Estate" in Maryland for the better part of the 20th century.  Rose worked with Caton until 2008 when she maintained her affiliation with Re/Max 100 from Spring of that year through 2017.  To start 2018, Rose moved her affiliation to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.  This move provided all of the elements needed to serve today's clients and customer.  The benefits of a highly respected local office, state-of-the-art technology and support, and the international presence and strenghth of the Coldwell Banker brand enhance all aspects of the client/customer experience!
