Continuing a family tradition in the Real Estate Industry, Rose Lancelotta continues on the mission of providing prompt, professional service to home buyers and sellers.

Specializing in Residential Real Estate, Rose is in her 32nd year in the Real Estate profession receiving numerous awards for productivity and most importantly countless awards for customer service.

Rose a Sales Associate with REMAX 100, started with her brother’s company in 1984 and worked her way from a General Sales Agent up to Sales Manager of all residential sales with as many as 38 licensed agents and a support staff of 6 reporting to her.  When that company redirected its focus to commercial development only in 1998, Rose went to The Caton Realty Company, the very company her father, Jerry Lancelotta, along with his brothers, Victor and Frank, formed almost 70 years ago (a little before the Internet and the “Information Age”, but with the same focus on service). The name "Caton Realty Company" was synonymous with the words "Real Estate" in Maryland for the better part of the 20th century.  By 2008 it became apparent that the industry had evolved in a way that Agents themselves had become as much a part of the “branding” process as the company name where they work.  Rose elected to move to Re/Max 100 in the Columbia, MD because it provided the best platform for agents, whose names were as recognizable as their company, to conduct business.
